For me the nuke; at first they were awesome but now they are just plain annoying, and too easy to get yourself.

I Vote Attack helicopter because it Sucks Every time i call it in i get 1-2 kills It REALLY Sucks.

EMP

I them cause as you know MW2 is full of noobs and every match i played these noobs camp and kill other noobs lol and get these killstreaks. so when i am just about do get this killstreak which i do by just running and spraying enemys i get killed over and over again. also its hard to blow this plane up as its to far.
