Always the first to get killed.
Suck at stealthing.
Takes me 30 minutes to make up a class.
Then failure comes after deiciding the class.

What can I do to improve?

Try different game modes. If you suck at normal try hardcore. I know it sounds retarded. But, I do a lot better in hardcore then I do in regular matches.

Do this and move to a different spot after u kill 2 or 3 people.

what game type are you usually playing? Try changing it up a little and play an objective game. Objective based games give you the advantage on knowing where your enemy spanws at helps.

Additionally try one of the classes mentioned above. Using a scar, m4 and acr are all really easy weapons to use. If you're trying to be stealthy... run along the edges of the maps. Watch your kill cams to see where you're getting killed from. Chances are there are always going to be someone there each time you play that map. As an example the tunnel in Wasteland... there is always 2-3 people in there.
