It is. It happened to me(in a way).
But i had and intervention, and when i died, i tried reloading but i was on top of a g18 with RDS and when i spawned it sed intervention but if i used ADS it looked like a g18 but shot like a intervention. i lay down behind a car to go and get my camera but when i put the controller down it pressed the r2 button and threw a semtex at the car infront killing me. But even if I survived semtex it went back to the intervention. IDC if u dont believe me but its true.

This happened to me somewhat but it was with an RPD turned into akimbo models. I was like wtf

its a common glitch, even vids on youtube telling you how to do it, so far ive mainly seen guns like the acr have a sniper scope tho, nothing note worthy, n nothing that seems to give anyone a huge advantage, or any advantage at all

as this glitch is purely cosmetic (as mentioned above, it was a sniper with an acr skin glitched instead of the actual sniper rifle)

(the above video is the only 1 ive seen that is slightly more effective)

ive never seen it done before, but looks like it in the vid so im not sure, the only 1s ive seen are primary gun skin glitches, never seen or heard or mixing primary and secondary gun skin glitches so im remaining sceptical as its possibly a pc mod mate

He's definitely on PC otherwise he'd have arrows in the bottom corner for the D-pad. So you're probably right, just a PC mod.
