My opinion I love the famas. M16 is good to just not as good as the Famas.

They both have superior power if you can get used to the three shot burst. I use the M-16A4 exclusively in FFA and HCTDM. I don't care much for the Famas because early in the game, I would use it with the red dot and stopping power and I couldn't kill anyone it seemed like. I've since used it again and got a little better with it but this may sound wierd, I hate the sound it makes when its fired. All in all, very comparable guns and each will do just fine in this game.

I prefer the m16, it just feels better to shoot.

why are they nooby? m16 isnt unlocked until level 41.

i like them both - the 3 shot burst suits me as i find it more accurate then tapping the fire button to birst fire the full auto's. famas is superb IMO, but the m16 edges it due to its superior power - can run it without SP for one burst kills no problem.

Why is it that someone always thinks something is n00by? Can you imagine in real life "OMG you're using and M16a4, you're such a n00b. No, you have to run with ninja mode on and tac knife them"

M16 is a classic gun from cod4 = good
FAMAS = FTL !
