well if you dont want to download game saves that have already been hex edited you can always give hex editing a try yourself its not to hard check this thread **Special Ops, Veteran And Intel Trophy Hack** posted by JimErased or maybe you should consider checking out the Modern Warfare 2 - Single Player Mod Tool (CVAR Tool) v2.0 by TheUnkn0wn (both threads have a sticky should not be hard to find) and just play the game on veteran with the hacks on it should not be to hard to complete the game on veteran with it...veteran is not that hard, spec ops is a different story and if you need all intel you can search youtube for video for all locations, if you beat the game on easy already then you do not have to play through the whole game again unless you have to play on veteran then pick them up at that time
