I tried to "pretty" the video up a little bit so the quality wasnt too bad :p but I recorded this last night in a domination, this is the only time ive ever seen that I assume its got something to do with lag but im not sure, someone care to explain?

I have seen that twice, and they both happened after a host migration. Most likely just lag.

I've seen this as well. It's when they lag out I think.
