(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); If every gun, and every perk were perfectly balanced out, the game would be boring. They also don't make a gun over powerful or unfair for no reason. If a gun is really overpowered than it's because that's how the gun is in real life. In the real war, do you think people complain about the ACR being too powerful and too acurate? No, because that's how the gun is made. You can't ask the real maker of the Sniper rifle to make the snipers a one shot kill. It's where you hit them that depends on if it is a one shot kill or not. Also if you think this game is supposed to be a resemlence of real life, than you are wrong. There are no perks in real life, and there is no respawning.

I guess what I'm trying to get at is that guns are overpowered for a reason, and there is no reason to take the damage away because some children cry about them too much. So maybe chill on the threads about reducing the guns range/damage and just deal with it, or else go out into the real war and see how long you last rushing them with your sniper rifle trying to quick scope.

i have a quick question, have you actually been in war?

Weapons may seem over powered but thats just because of the way they shoot, clip size, reload speed, etc.. like take the model 1887 for an example, you only have 2 shots until you have to reload which takes mad long.
OR the FAL is basically a 2 shot kill, it shoots slowly n it takes practice to learn how to shoot that weapon.

lol not true. The m4 in game takes 3-4 shots, in real life it could take 1-2 to kill

Like A.....
i find it funny how in COD4 an G36C is 3 shot kill with quit a bit of recoil while the ACR in MW2 is 3 shoot kill no recoil the weaker guns are getting stronger

This is a very nice theory, but I think mine is more probable. There are no overpowered weapons. It is just a matter of what is more annoying. Let me ask you, have you ever been annoyed by being killed by a Mini Uzi or an LSW?

All the guns(except the snipers) are more powerful in MW2. That's why.
IMO it's too noob-friendly.
