well i am not sure but i think its because the jtaged xbox gets banned so they need $$$ to buy a new one re jtag it and keep a little for them

because they can.... ahah jtagged xbox gets banned like that, so fast. So xp lobby ur less likely to get caught, so you pay a bit for it

cuz they help you get up 70 lvls with one kill instead of 2days of your life it helps you out
