75% of my sniper shots are usually 1 hit kills. And in the video all he did was noscope, which i dont know if it affects the accuracy and damage.

Some things should be changed.. like headshots not killing if you have painkiller on, hit detection system: it happened countless times to me, to shoot someone and hit twice in the chest area with stopping power and they did not die, that's with wa2000 or Intervention.
Also with the M21 (weaker, but still a sniper rifle) I once had to hit someone with 5 (FIVE) bullets, you'd see the "dmg marker" popping but he didn't die till I hit him with the 5th shot (without stopping power).
All shots were between abdomen and upper chest, from mid range.
That was a killcam shot and everyone in my team went like "WTF??" after the replay.

But I think they should make sniper rifle reasonably more powerful or at the very least, look at the hit detectiom system for a simple reason: with a sniper rifle you have sway, you have to hold breath to stabilize (doesn't last long either), scoping in takes a long time (and if you stay scoped in you can't see shit around you, of course), when you push R3 it takes a while to stabilize the rifle etc etc.. NOW, try that and then pick up an ACR and try sniping with it: sure it takes more bullets, but you're guaranteed to get more kills than with a sniper rifle.. no sway, almost no recoil, you can even hold L1 and still have a pretty good field of view etc etc.

The sniper engine is set up so that the further they are away, the less damage it does because of the friction enacted upon the bullet. Plus, if you hit them in the torso or head with stopping power it's a 1 hit kill, this guy's probably hitting him in the leg or foot

are you using FMJ? I never get a hitmarkers with fmj bullets, always a one hit kill for me
