you could do this in world at war on angled boxes and those steel x bars in the middle of maps. the bouncing betty's would fly across the map, and sometimes would land in a perfect spawn kill. It really surprises me to see this as I found at least 20-25 in the last game, I'll play around in MW2 and find some more
