Sure theres no such thing.

Even if it was true, no one else can see it as the pictures used as the title/emblems aren't uploaded on the server that IW use to upload the pictures of the ones they put in the game.

Firstly, something you just 'heard' rumour-wise is NEVER true. No matter what the subject.
Secondly, this is impossible. The titles work by them being on the discs, each of them having their own ID. Then in a game each person's player has that ID, which the other players read and that's when you see the title/emblem. If you managed miraculously to get your own pic onto your callsign, it wouldn't have ID so the other players would just see those maroon and blue checkerboard squares that you got w/ the rank when using the first title & emblem hack.
This isn't exactly how it works, but I tried to explain it as best I could.
