care packages, and emergency care packages dont count.

Heres what i use:
(gun of your choice obviously)
ACR, fmj
M9 or USB, akimbo
claymore (so when your a few kills away from the nuke, just camp!)
Scavenger PRO (extras mags)
Hardline
Steady aim

And the killstreaks Are:
Harrier strike
Chopper Gunner or AC130 (your choice, one of the two)
NUKE!

*NOTE* the killstreaks i have said are probably the most common used to get a nuke, and the easiest.

i like the chopper gunner because it kicks more butt.

BUT the chopper gunner sometimes gets taken down right when it enters the map
My class for getting Nuke:
Famas silencer
M93 raffica silenced
claymore
scavenger
cold blooded
ninja/ commando pro
OR
any primary weapon
Any pistol with tactical knife
claymore
marathon pro
lightweight pro
commando pro

not in ground wars xD.. for some weird reason they never take my chopper down.

if theres an enemy harrier, you chopper is gonna be taken down upon opening your laptop.
Personally i dont try to get nuke, i rather piss people off. AKA:
6KS Precision Airstrike
7KS Harriers
9KS Stealth Bomber

Or even better!!

4KS Counter UAV
??KS Harrier, Pave Low, Stealth, anything annoying
15KS EMP

Not all maps have the same chances of getting a nuke. Personally, stages like Wasteland are perfect for nukes. Killstreaks that never (rarely) let me down for getting a nuke is 1. Harrier, 2. Chopper Gunner, 3. Nuke. Theres not much hiding in that map so your killstreaks have maximum impact. With a good team you can achieve that nuke in no time.

UAV: Doesn't Kill.
Care Package: Kills by someone being crushed by the falling Package count. Whatever's inside doesn't.
Counter-UAV: Doesn't Kill.
Predator Missle: Counts.
Sentry Gun: Doesn't Count.
Precision Airstrike: Counts.
Harrier Strike: Counts.
Emergency Airdrop: See Care Package.
Stealth Bomber: Counts.
Pave Low: Supposed to count, but it's bugged at the moment and might not count.
AC130: Counts.
Chopper Gunner: Counts.
EMP: Doesn't Kill.
