The strangest thing is that it didnt go back to normal after restarting the last checkpoint, I had to restart the whole mission again. grr

sometimes TV's will do this. One of my friend's does it all the time. That'd be why restarting the mission didn't make a difference.

Yeah CCTV camera's might have been part of the mission but they cut it out
