Who dares, wins.
To do the glitch get two care packages (they both must not be ammo) pick up one of them then stand over the other one. Hold down Right on the D-pad and hold X to pick up your second care package and you'll have no gun.
If you still don't understand. I am uploading a video atm and will post here when its uploaded. thanks
