"Painkiller is a deathstreak in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. It divides all given damage by three (not including knives and falling damage) when they spawn for the third time without getting a kill. It only lasts for ten seconds before the player's maximum health returns to normal. While Painkiller is in effect, the player's screen is tinged yellow with a pill showing how many seconds are left in the deathstreak reward. When shooting a player with deathstreak, a small pill will appear below the crosshairs. This deathstreak replaces Juggernaut. It is a little less effective since it's temporary, but it gives a much greater health bonus. In most game modes, the player will respawn away from the action, making this deathstreak useless though this perk can be useful if an enemy kill streak is in use such as a helicopter or AC-130, giving the user enough time to react and find cover. It is more helpful in crowded games like Free-for-All where players often spawn close to each other, and small maps are more common."

Anyone who has painkiller on and dies 3x in a row aren't going to be the best of players.

A technique to dealing with painkiller. Use a silenced weapon, if you have noticed that he has painkiller on stop shooting and wait at least 5 seconds.

TBH I hate PK but I use it to combat those who also use it.

I honestly have no use for copy cat final stand (Just messes me up) or Marty.

Its save my ass more than a few time and also messed me up a few times as well.

I disagree with anyone having painkiller on not being the best of players, I have a 2.18kd and I die 3 or 4 times in a row often, it evens out when I come back with a huge streak after those deaths which happens often.

i agree but more 'newish' players are going to get PK more often than say youself

i use painkiller on 1 class and thats my marathon/lightweight,ninja rushing class for ctf overtime, and thats in case the team are camping their flag hard and i need that extra second to sprint to their flag.

imo its extremely n00by and good players need to use skill. i hate it when some little bugger who ive killed 3 times straight runs round the corner, i fire a ton of bullets at him and because of painkiller i end up dead, never mind the fact hes had more than enough bullets to kill him twice
some people just need to get good and adapt their tactics to kill someone who is owning them rather than relying on crappy painkiller
