(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Okay, I've tried and I've tried but I have just developed quite a hatred for the call of duty franchise itself. I used to love the games but now, with the release of MW2 IW have just choked.

Some reasons I've had enough

1) Every game I get into is a 1 or 2 bar connection: Wth???? Surely there's 7 other Aussies out there? Even in rare 4 bar games god forbid if one american comes in, 11 aussies, 1 american... american host :mad:
2) Campers, campers, campers and more campers. I Mean seriously? Just sit there in one place and camp with your cold blooded, silenced M21 thing. You seriously rock.....
3) The MANY various glitches and problems that are simply ignored and left unpatched. I mean seriously? Underpowered snipers, overpowered assault rifles, shotguns with mega range (such as the spas) and the spawn system, to list a few
4) The many ignorant, arrogant and downright rude little american kids I run into (not dishing on americans, I'm just saying. Some of you seem not to be very tolerant, even to us nice aussies)
5) customisable killstreaks. ( I know this'll get me flamed but this is just my opinion. UAV, Air strike and chopper all the way)
6) Nuke Boosters. I have no problem with boosting in ways such as cage match boosting but boosting to get a nuke when other people are trying their hardest to win? That just ruins the game....
7) Now I know this has come out in the recent patch but I HATE as in REALLY, REALLY HATE care package glitchers. THAT is a game breaker for me.
The AA12..... do I really have to say anything? Does IW's noob favouritism know no bounds?

Well, that's my rant and my reasons that I'm giving up CoD.... maybe temporarily, maybe for a long time. I don't know myself yet but I know for now I'll be turning my attention towards other things. I really don't mind if you flame me, just make it constructive please.

im from the UK and ive never seen anyone care package glitch in a game online.(apart from myself lol)

campers are just doing what they can to get a good score, its a strategy, they probably hate people that run around lol if you get beat by them then they deserve the credit im afraid, because their strategy outplayed yours(even if it was corner camping).
personally i like customiseable killstreaks as it adds alot more to the game.

theres nothing wrong with the spas as its pump action, if they miss the 1st shot they are dead.
the AA12 also has a poor clip and low range, its definately no problem.

1) I wish they had some option selection for region-only.
2) Agreed, yet every game has them. "Don't get mad, get even"
3) The game still does need some major balancing, not sure what they were thinking.
4) Sorry about the brats, they need some disciplining, but won't receive it in fear of the discipliner being sued. I know Aussies are very kind, wish Americans could be.
5) Killstreaks, I'm sea-sawing about. Yea they're cool, but they influence camping, and some are damn well overpowering.
6) I hate nuke boosters as well, screwing other people out of a legitimate win.
7) That glitch has been around for awhile, but different methods and publicity made it overused.
Unfortunately, the AA-12 is severly underpowered compared to its real-world model. TBH I wouldn't mind seeing explosive rounds, or it's 30-50(?) round extended drum. It would truely be an overpowered weapon.

I think they patched it so you can only find Auzzie games or a minimum of yellow as a last resort if your playing at like 4am in the morning. I kind of half camp sometimes i start off in one spot gets a lil hot run of fight guys attaking me might go into a sort of half camp mode if there are too many but no hardcore camping. 1 or 2 campers is ok but a whole teamis just annoying

The AA-12 is a beast with extended mags, however its damage is lower than the other shotguns and it has a lower range than the SPAS and maybe even the M1014.

Which means, if you meet someone with SPAS etc and they are quick shooters, you're dead.
Even folks with some assault rifles or smgs can kill you if they go for upper torso/head.
Other than that, it's a great weapon to break in and wipe an unsuspecting group, or to defend against a "break in" attempt if the attackers don't switch to their sec weapon and don't have good aim.

I use it myself in some maps, but in other maps I go for the M1014 or Akimbo G18 machine pistols.

Edit: I forgot to mention one thing. There is a truly sick weapon (not saying overpowered, but really sick) if you can use it and that's the M93 Raffica.
I cannot use it because I'm not good with 3-rounds burst weapons, but now and then I find some skilled folks who can literally rape with it.
Just the other day I was playing against a very skilled M93 Raffica user, it was a nightmare.. it's like a portable M16.

Yeah I think they patched the server thing. I would think the game would be more fun with LESS stuff.

Firstly, let me say that I think the reason this game sucks is all the new noobs that have appeared, no doubt due to IW's ridiculous amount of pre-game hype/advertising. Rest assured though, they'll be gone come WaW2.
Now to answer your complaints :p
1. I'm almost always on a good connection, maybe it's YOUR connection? Or where you live? Or something? It's not MW2.
2. Agreed new noobs all camp their fat asses off.
3. Snipers = Underpowered
ARs = Overpowered
SPAS = Just right. You miss you're dead, or it turns out deadly. It's brilliant that gun. Very balanced.
4. I'm in UK, and you get a bunch of those pre-pubescent buggers over here too. Just mute them mate.
5. Agreed, they were 'cool' at first, but now they're just annoying and encourage camping.
6. Agreed, nuke boosters can suck my !"£$%^&*().
7. I do it because I'll never get 1000 normal chopper kills legit, the KS sucks. But yes they should have found these glitches pre-release.
8. It has miniscule range though. Despite the fact I deem it nooby I actually think it's quite balanced.

Love the raffica, have over 600 kills with it. Once you unlock akimbo...beast. Pocket m16 for the win.

yeah, cos they will all move onto WaW2 to play zombies/multiplayer, unfortunately, so will everyone else, so u wont be getting rid of them
