no i hated stopping power, since you pretty much needed it to stand a chance since everyone else had it aswell
atleast now you can vary what you have as your perks

hell yeah as long as it is in same tier as ghost or cold bloodied.

I don't think they should because all they did in black ops is make basically every gun have stopping power and the reason they did that because basically on all the other COD's if you didn't use Stopping Power you had a disadvantage and I didn't like that because it was almost like having only two perks.

Yeah if they also put some more important perks in the same slot.

It has to be BACK! otherwise we gonna have alot of Ghost/coldblooded users just like in B.ops

I think the game would be more balanced if it doesnt have stopping power, but thats just me

With Stopping Power would be nice but the downside is that everyone will feel obligated to use Stopping Power to compete, thus preventing other perks from being used. Either way I will adjust. Half the COD community are hunters who like powerful weapons, big killstreaks that stack and can kill campers with ease. The other half is full of the hunted who probably only want 3 killstreaks and blame every death on something. If stopping power is gone, they will blame it on Ghost/Cold Blooded. If stopping power returns, they will blame deaths on "overpowered" weapons.
