I think it added more realism to the game and for a rated M game theres no reason MW2 and BO should have removed it. It feels like they wanted to make the game better for younger players. I miss how if an explosive blew up at your feet your legs would blow off or if your arm was shot by a sniper rifle it would be severed. So who else thinks they should add the gore to MW3?

it would be fun to see it in like the modern setting, but i highly doubt they will change it, by the looks of the trailers and that, its not going to be gory like that
