A perk what gives you more time using kill streaks. For instance, instead of a 30 second UAV you could have a minute UAV, maybe even longer chopper gunners. But you can only pick 3 kill streaks to enable this perk on. I shall name this perk: Streak hog

A perk which lets you get a 4th killstreak 8D

Streak hog would be awesome. Nice! And/or, make it harder to shoot down planes, hellicopters. Instead of 2 rockets, make it 3 to shootem down.
