When are you gonna stop hatin on everyone who does compare them. If you listened to the video (which you probably didn't) he compared graphics, sound quality, and the engine. The games can very easily be compared when you look at it technologically. Battlefield has always been focused on war. Full blown 32 player online battles on the computer. Since CoD4, CoD has been all about a storyline, of John Price and John "Soap" MacTavish. Bad Company was a failed spinoff attempt to compare with CoD4 and MW2. BF1943 was their failed attempt to bring BF1942 to console. The reason people didn't compare MW2 and BF2 or BF1943 is because MW2 beat it on all categories. Now that BF3 is being released, it is a serious contender for GOTY. That's why people are comparing them. BF3 is also their attempt at matching MW3 in terms of play stlye. Only, it follows a real war, unlike MW which follows a future war with Russia. And, no offence, who are you to say "We" don't care? I care, and there are certainly people on NGU who care. I'm getting both games as well. When I beat em both then I'll decide which one is better.

Heck, I like both, they are different.

The only reason people compare these two games is because there the top two FPS in the business, with that said they are also two totally different games however we know for a fact that MW3 is not making any major PLAY STYLE CHANGES and we don't know if with the new engine and this "WANTING TO BE KING FPS" campaign that BF3 have taken on they might come out with something that markets to the COD players but this is yet to be seen. Plain and simple BF is tactical and COD is run around and kill people with no remorse.

everyone has to remember that BF3 gameplay all has been the PC version. either way im going to buy both to see which is better.

All im saying is Mw3 and battlefield are 2 different games and people shouldn`t compare them and side with 1.. And Bf3 isn`t attempting to match mw3 in terms of play style dude.. Mw3 will be fast paced and Bf3 will be more team work based. Battlefield players dont rush, they work as a team.. and Cod players just go rambo style.

This is actually my problem with the BF SERIES or at least BF & BFBC2 for a game that market Tactics "the people on it show something different" once again this is my experience. I go online and I'm in a lobby playing with people with there MICS OFF, HIDING IN A CORNER SNIPING or getting in tanks no tactics, no-one communicates... nada I will buy BF3 because I'm a sucker and I give games second and 3rd chances but MOH nearly brought me to my breaking point as far as expectations about games. I am a COD fan but I am not close minded or ignorant to the fact that a game is better cause lets face it COD hasn't brought anything new to the table since COD4 and I get the feeling were just all drug addicts still chasing that same COD4 HIGH!...
