Modern Warfare 3 - Mulitplayer Glitchers hired
Source: You must login or register to view this content. // By: Wondoh // 11th July 2011

We all thrive on being the first few to find glitches on the new call of duty games and it looks like Activision are giving glitchers extra time to help find glitches in Mw3's multiplayer.

Glithcers from the team "MapMonkeys" have been hired to play through the multiplayer maps and find glitches. This is not the first time MapMonkeys have been hired.

This is not the first time they have been hired to find glitches and were infact hired for World at War and Modern Warfare 2. But by the looks of it they sorta failed seeing as elevator glitches and wall breaches were found when released.

Here is what Rezzzo said about their previous glitch hiring:

We only had two or three days to test the game and find glitches, which wasn't nearly enough. This time, Infinity Ward is keeping us there an entire week so we can find more bugs and glitches than ever before!"

Now you may be wondering that a group that thrives on finding the latest glitches is now "Sleeping with the enemy" and are helping them patch any glitches they find. Well I guess who wouldnt want to test the multiplayer of Modern Warfare 3 !

This is very true and for those of you wondering, Rezzzo is going to film the trip but is not filming the game itself.
There will also be no reveal of information from them that has not been released yet so do not expect a map reveal or anything like that

not really there were alot more glitches in mw2 than waw and blacks ops combined. so it looks more like treyarch was better than infinity ward at finding and fixing glitches.

I disagree i would say the had around the same. If we are only talking in game glitches then Mw2 had the most in the individual game, but black ops has had the most outside of the match glitches which none of the other cods ever had Awesome face

Looks like they are keeping to their promise glitch free game

Hope they have a good time and often QA testers are 3rd party. Only a small number of people are 1st party when it comes to QA a game.

I say they let NGU test. Although this would never happen, we could find way more glitches than any other "Professional Team"

Which get patched the next day, I have never seen anyone outside of a Map on Black Ops, but I have seen it done on MW2, and COD4 but not W@W either. Face it, Treyarch are way better than IW when it comes to things like having a non-glitched game, a fair game, and they stick with their game to the end not just once the money is made.

Greatness
If IW really wanted to get all glitches sorted, they would do a public beta.

W@W is the best cod SN

Beta Testers do not report how to fix them, merely how to recreate them. It's up to the developers to come up with the methods for fixing them. Sure, beta testers can give their input, but that's not their job. They find the glitches and show the developers how to preform them so that they do them in a debugging and testing environment.

Inferior Beta testing is true, but only in the sense that there aren't enough people doing it, and not for a long enough time. In MW2, they had about 3 days.. hardly enough time. This time they're getting about a week... a little better, but still not enough. Bring onboard a few thousand people and let them play around for a month or so. That'll be far more effective.
