i;d like to see counters for evry perk

I definitely don't want to see Stopping Power, this eliminates one of the perk slots as this will easily be a way overused perk for obvious reasons. Also Juggernaut sucks because people are going to camp with it, and if and when they put both in the game, it won't make any sense as one eliminates the other.
