Kanye West will be performing for his first public audience since his new album has been released, Watch The Throne. Its been confirmed Kanye will be closing the September 2-3 Call of Duty XP weekend festival..

Call of Duty XP is Activision's highly anticipated event for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. Now with even more extra's being chucked in to please the fans.

Among the attractions are games Modern Warfare and Modern Warfare 2, World at War and Black Ops, all playable to attendees, along with the $1 million prize tournament.

Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 is set to beat sales records once again for several years in a row. Even with the amount of competition introduced this year as Battlefield 3 looks to challenge the leading FPS.

Kanye West's song "Power" has already been used to soundtrack trailers for Forza Motorsport 4 and Saints Row: The Third.

Similar to eminems link in several of the previous COD trailers, including mw2 and black ops.
