Robert Bowling Promises MW3 to be the most balanced CoD ever with more in depth gaming for the experienced gamers and they promise it to be easy and fun for the newbies!

They also revealed what was NOT IN THE GAME:

• No One Man Army
  
• No Game Ending Nuke
  
• No Secondary Shotguns
  
• No Commando Perk
  
• No Last Stand Perk
  

A new point streak system which will make players play a more objective style game but can also support the "Kill whore's" and "best players"

Point Streaks:

• Assault: Gives you streaks that will allow you to get more kills
  
• Support: WIll help you play the objective and if you get killed on the objective your streak will carry on!
  
• Specialist: This can allow you to get a 4th Perk when you achive a 4 kill streak, a 5th perk when you achive a 5 kill streak and will give you all perks when you get a 6 kill streak BUT when you die you will have to start fresh!
  

All new Weapon Proficiencies:
2 Attachments: Will allow you to have 2 attachments /facepalm
Kick: Will reduce recoil

Private Matches
There will also be a lot more options that will allow you to customize your private matches to your own liking, Also there will be an option to make your own game mode that you will be able to share on the new CoD ELITE system.

Game mode's:
A all new game mode called "Kill Confirm" will be introduced where players must confirm all there kills buy running over a dog tag which is dropped by there enemy after they have been killed, but also you will be able to pick up your allies dog tag that stops the enemy from advancing in points!

Other games modes included: Team Deathmatch, Search and Destroy, Domination, Ground War. (More to be confirmed)

New Multi-Player options:
Also other multiplayer options include a Prestige SHop where you will be able to choose what things you gain by Prestiging, The PLayer Card will also return where you will be able to view all your stats but also view your stats from past Call Of Duty game's!
New Game mode's,
16 maps ready to play on the disk when you buy it!

Facebook feature
Facebook will be heavily integrated in to the game where you will be able to view your friends stats on facebook and invite them easily and also see who is online.

Groups
You will be able to make groups, where you could invite players who like the same game;s as you, who play like you, who like the music your like, or who are from your area. You decide what your group is all about!
So you could make a group where only snipers are in, or where all the members like Blink 182!
You will be able to see who is online from your group and easily invite them to your game!

CoD Elite Free:
CoD Elite will feature loads of free things like clans where you can Make your own clan and invite people to the clan or join another clan, you will be able to talk with the clan, write a message of the day to the clan!

Premium CoD Elite
All Premium CoD Elite members will get all of the DLC first and have downloadable content every month, also they will be able to participate in daily events and competitions to win Real or Virtual prizes (like emblems and badges or money and ipad's!)

Also premium members will be able to level up there clan like they would level up them selfs in the multiplayer ranks by winning challenges, game's or tournaments!

Premium members will also receive 8x the online memory to store your own videos and more!
Plus receive access to Elite TV where famous celebrity's will upload weekly tv shows about or including MW3!

The main selling point for Elite is that all the DLC will cost non Premium Elite's $60
But if you purchase Premium Elite for $49 you will receive all the DLC for free and first plus you will get all the other features!
And if you buy the Hardened Edition of MW3 you will receive free access to Premium CoD Elite!

Every one in CoD XP will receive a free copy of the MW3 Hardened Edition

damn i like the sound of some of these , but all perks Wtf!!!

Yeah I think there are only 6 perks! But old perks like blink pro are in the new features like weapon proficiencies!

I'm a pretty big COD fan but I think this sounds gay. It doesn't need to be easier and fun for noobies. 6 perks after a 6 killstreak? I mean come on that is just too easy. And now everyone has two attachments? I just don't see how making it this easy is going to help the game.

Yea, that's bullshit. There's final stand, last stand but you get to get up and live. Pisses me off that they wouldn't mention that, and why the **** is it in the game...
