Recently, I've been kinda pissed of playing black ops. I was originally aiming for getting to 15th prestige , but it seems imposible to get without having no life and sitting on my xbox all day, and you dont get that many bonuses
besides more classes, colored clan tags, and the availability of gold camo if you wanna waist 50 k cod points.

I've kind of thought about it, and I'm thinking I might not prestige in MW3 at all. Unless there is some AMAZING thing you recieve from getting it, it just seems a waist. I think I'd have more fun just getting to level 50 (or whatever it is in MW3) and just chill and play the game and have fun. No constantly unlocking things, loosing all my favorite guns, ect. Does anyone agree with me or do you guys find this mostly dumb?

i agree, the max level is 80. but you get to choose what you want when you prestige. so far you can choose

Extra Custom Class
Reset All Stats
Double XP
Double Weapon XP
Unlock Gear
Challenges 1
Challenges 2
Challenges 3
Title And Emblem 1
Title And Emblem 2
Title And Emblem 3

judging on the fact that you can choose a custom class every time, there only might be 5 prestiges for a total of 10 custom classes. but someone already found out that there is a 6 and 7 prestige soo idk. will anyone else be prestiging now that there is 80 levels? i am probly going to once.

I didn`t hardly spent time on black ops when it 1st came out and couldn`t be arsed prestiging 15 times
But in mw3 i reckon i`ll prestige within a few days and carry on to max prestige mainly because i`ll finally get to play with my regular mates/clan, because they all went back to mw2 after black ops came out.. so yea prestiging is gonna be worth it if you have a clan to play with

Black ops is boring to prestige in because of:
3 challenges needed to get a pro perk - takes to long

best guns are near the end of leveling up through the prestige - seems a waste to level up with bad guns to have god guns to get you 3-5 levels higher to start using bad guns again after prestiging

the rewards are awful for the number of prestiges - mw2 was a new class every prestige and it was a good idea black ops is one every 2 I think, coloured clan tag wont show up in game, gold camo looks shit on most guns

playcard emblems/titles - most of them looks shit
