Elite is £35 a year, looks like I won't be getting MW3 for the 360 then. £65 a year to play COD to the maximum, lol no thanks.
£10 extra, he'll get a cool metal case, different design MW3 disc and some sort of book which is worth it as I loved the MW2 HE disc.
Also preorder from GAME, they tend to ship games out a few days early like I got my PS3 and Motorstorm in 2007 a day early, MW2 a few days early and LA Noire a few days earlier as well.

My own opinion is that all the hardened bonuses are shit, that you look at once go "thats cool" then never look at it again.
