I used to get pretty pissed off when I got killed by a trickshot. Then i stepped back, thought about it, then realized... holy hell, I just got shit on...
It doesn't ruin the game, it honestly is part of it. Hardscoping is just using a sniper rifle...the way it was intended. However that doesn't mean it is the ONLY way it should be used. If trickshotting works for you, then more power to you. If it doesn't work for someone, then just own them with whatever you feel will get the job done. END OF STORY, lol.
On Topic: Yes, it will be back...

Tbh trickshotting dont bother me as i do it myself sometimes. If you're a good trickshotter and it works well for you then why not do it? But i will agree the 12 year olds that do stupid shit and think they're amazing should be shot. Im not complaining though they give me free kills! I'd much rather be killed by a trickshotter or a quickscoper than be sprayed down by a UMP fag or shot point blank by some noob camping with an AA12.
