1. MSR isn't even unlocked until LV 66 so i'm sure the L118A will be used more often until people start getting to 10th prestige

2. we haven't even seen MSR gameplay yet

Definitely the L118A, because its a varient of the L96 which is an epic gun (Black Ops sort of ruined it though!). Ill probs try the MSR when its unlocked and see what i think about it. If both bolt actions are wack then its most likely gonna be the AS50, beast of a gun!
