Assassins going to be the problem. Blind Eye basically gives you the same effect as a SAM Turret, which is most likely goign to be up at all times since it's a Point Streak. If Assassin counters the Advanced UAV, then it's definitely going to be a problem (unless explosives are OPd which makes Flak Jacket a better perk).
