"Will IW be able to take it on the chin that their game has flaws unlike that fag JD2020 who seems to get turned on every time he hits the flag (fag) button with his dick for a black ops glitch video. If anything posting it on YouTube brings it to their attention so they can patch it and otherwise an elite few would be exploiting the glitch with no way of knowing how. The real cheats are the ones who get pissed off when they get posted on YouTube so why does Treyarc / Activision have to resort to such low blows. Hopefully IW will see the light and understand that glitch channels like RSP and PSfreak don't promote glitching online and sipport the huge community of glitchers who spend their time glitching in private games.

I'm not asking if there will be hacks or glitches and if IW will patch them I am asking if IW have said anything about actually taking down the video that shows them by filing a DMCA claim. Before anyone who hates glitching says "I hope they do" bear in my that thousands of YouTubers upload the same glitch when it's found so flagging it down won't stop the glitch getting known but it will damage the channel that uploads it.

Many glitching channels dedicate their time to the glitching community and mainly upload glitches that are not possible online or useful online. I would also like to point out that by uploading a glitch to YouTube you are basicaly showing it to treyarc/IW so it gets patched quicker.

Now onto my question. Before Black Ops came out JD2020 the attention seeker that he is said no YouTuber was going to get famous by uploading glitch videos of Black Ops and that they would flag down the vids. They tried to flag them down but they would literally need to employ 100 people 24/7 to flag down every video so they sort of gave up. Except every now and again they flag a video and give the channel a strike instead of just getting on with it and patching it.

So what I want to know has anyone heard anything from IW / Activision regarding glitch videos upload to YouTube of MW3? Has Robert Bowling talked about the subject? I hope they just get on with it like IW have for the previous COD's they made.

TBH, there gunna do it for awhile until they get enough money from us and all the overpriced DLC and then just forget about it and start swimming in the money...

well i hope not anyways, i dont mind the out of map glitches in private match but stuff like online wall breaches etc.. they can patch them

Doesn't matter if they do or don't. All people gotta do is put the disclaimer in it and/or claim the first amendment (if you live in the US)

Of Course they did on Black ops launch and for moon why not on mw3 they dont want people to see its glitchy until all the sales go up and then they'll stop but there worried that since there game is glitchy they wont buy it




How does the first amendment of the US follow them taking down the video ? we dont own any content besides the licence to play the game.

exactly they have every right to take it down but if your a youtube partner can they do it since that means you have permission to use their footage?

They can patch to their hearts content but why the hell do they take the vids down, i's like flagging a review that bad mouths the game. if you can't take criticism on the chin don't release a broken game. a beta on ps3 and xbox with the top 100 glitchers would easily wipe out most of the bad / annoying online glitches over a period of 1 months testing. why they don't do it is beyond me.

Activision should not flag your video under this disclaimer. And Glitch videos also help them to fix glitch and release patches.
