This is from experience, last year I got black ops on the Saturday before release as a matter a fact I posted it on here..LOL The guy that sold it to me told me he had received it that Wednesday. Keep in mind it's from a mom & pop store, I don't know what EB OR GS's shipment schedule is. I saw SUPERKIDS is offering to ship it on the 3rd keep in mind it's $79 for reg edition plus $50 in shipping so ehhh, try craigslist closer to the date.

Dunno what it will be like in America but im guessing in the UK for people who have pre ordered games the company's will get it 2 weeks before launch, like they did with fifa 12, as game started to process peoples pre orders an shipping them 8 -9 days before launch, an cause the launch of MW3 will be a lot bigger than what fifa 12 was i expect them to go about things in the very same way processing an shipping nearly 10 days before launch but making sure post offices hold them till whatever date they put on them, so if you know someone who works in your post office you maybe able to get your game well early.
im Just hoping game don't **** this pre order up an we get them Monday morning as its a midnight launch rather than having to wait nearly 12 hours after launch to get the game as it kinda defeats the purpose of pre ordering a game to get it first.

1 week before or 2 weeks before.
4 weeks before the first copies hit the storage units till they are sent to the stores.

Btw i would be careful because..........that sounds like your going to get ripped off. Unless you did a background check on his past sales.

As for stats reset past games they never did. Only time they care is when your playing a pirate copy of the game legit it fine having it days before. The person selling it most likely get into trouble because they are making a profit not the company

If a seller want to sell it a week before ,it's his right .Thay're no laws to restrict a seller to stock a product until a time .
The studio tell a date of the sell ,it's just to help all shops to receive/stock/sell at the same time .
If i could buy a lot of 12 mw3 ,i will sell it todays .
I dont fear this ****in EA/IW law !
Just remember the last mw2 ,i've bought the game one days before ,on the leaderboard they were people with 4days played.
@ the official day ,they didn't reset the leaderboard.
So ,if you have a copy on your hands ,buy it now ! ^^
