my first Theory is When you Watch this Gameplay of this trailer go to 0:59, The Dog tag has (Simon "Ghost" Riley Dogtag) engraved on it.

second one is watch the new trailer and go to 0.45 and you see a guy which looks like ghost with a mask on....?

So if you think he's back or not please leave a post?..

The date on Ghosts tags (2011) are outdated as MW3 takes place in 2016. So that's a lost point.

In that chapter ghost said “why do we have to wear these fireproof vest”
Well if you watch Ghosts “death” in MW2…he didnt actualy get burned! He was shot in the shoulder (plus these people wear bullet proof and fire resistant vests) and the
petrol was poured all over Roach,none went on Ghost. So the S.A.S sniper team at the start of the level could of easily saved him.
