I tried gamestop, amazon, sears, target, toys-r-us.... They're all sold out.

Activision have gone hard on the retailers this year, they've said under strict rules that they can't ship the game to customers until the day before release
it's looking like the only place you'll get it early will be if a small store is willing to break this rule and sell it to you.
As for Hardened copies I think I read on Robert Bowlings twitter that there are no more copies available, they wanted it to be limited edition so only a limited amount of copies were available for pre order.

I was about to suggest Wal-Mart but after seeing this post, I remembered that Costco is also still doing pre-orders for hardened edition :p.

It's sold out in the U.S. your best chance is Ebay or Craigslist..orrr wait the 5 days game stop and best buy give the pre-orders and see if anyone didn't pick up there copy and buy it but this is a very slim chance..LOL
