you might get fined or in trouble if you "SELL IT EARLY", not if your the consumer or if you have an early copy and post videos on Youtube. I'm pretty sure there are some Gamestop employees that are already playing it at home, I don't see them knocking there doors down to get it back.... LOL

Almost forgot, 3 days ago on WOODY'S YT channel he did a live stream where him, Whiteboy7st & Jaws were calling around to get early copies of MW3. In it WHITEBOY confirms his copy is arriving on the 2nd he just wants it earlier I don't think it's as a big a deal as people think.
