My understanding is that it is one token per game that you prestiged in. Think about it, this has to be the case, otherwise people could potentially start with 45 token, and I haven't been following mw3 to much but you only have the the opportunity to earn 10-15 (how every many prestige levels there are).I highly doubt they would let you start with 3x more then what your could earn in the game, there would be no reason to prestige because you acn unlock everything from the start.

With that being said definitely one per game, so you could start mw3 with 4 tokens.

If you watch 402's video it sounds like 4 is the max

wait do you get the tokens based on if you prestiged by a certain date or the release date or what? cause in mw2 im lvl 70 and i could prestige whenever just to get a token..

this prestige token thing is too complicated...

When you use them will they carry over. Say I unlock 2 things from the start and then I am able to prestige, will the 2 things I buy carry over, say the 2 extra class slots meaning by 1st prestige I can have 3 of the 5 already unlocked.

I would think things like equipment, create a class etc would carry over. I would assume that things like double xp for first 2 in game hours wouldn't. We'll find out soon enough though =]

Yes you will get two tokens, no to the combining the two platforms because there not the same I.D. Also I heard that if you complete the campaign on HARD or VETERAN you get another token but I have not confirmed this yet,maybe someone here can confirm it???

the grand total is 4 tokens to start off with. that means you can prestige 10 times in MW2, but only get 1 token for it. the same with the rest of the games. But in MW3 every prestige will give you a token.
