na. it's ebay. if you don't get proof of tracking of your shipment, the buyer gets their money back.

Doesn't matter the guy could have paid for shipping but put a piece of paper in the package saying HAHA bitch can't believe you gave me $150

ebay's buyer protection still saves you from that even. it's very handy. they've done a very good job with making sure they have a system that works and is in place to prevent that stuff.

Look at then then Buyer Eligibility then Good Faith Dispute. That pretty much covers it. As long as you paid with paypal or a credit card with their merchant account, you're covered. Pretty handy.

update guys lol my package has left seattle washington and it should be here today if not im going to the post office to pick it up and if i cant ill get it tomorrow morning i was at work and i just got back and no i did not get scammed i bought from a great ebay seller 100% feedback
