Yeah You seen it right, Ban Hamming has started already, If you are get banned, you're granted access again on Nov 8th.
Don't even try to go online. Just play SP and get ready for MP =D

Edit: This is not my GT. GT owner tweeted this pic. :p

Update: He got unbanned since his copy is legit and Microsoft approved per-releases play.

Call around local game stores, most will have it in stock tmora

Go in person or just call them? I'm sure most of the big retailers won't sell it until Tuesday.
My brothers mate can get games early, I'm not sure about MW3 though, guess I'll just have to try my luck!

well im glad I seen this. was going to get the ps3 version today for 80. but since they banning till launch day it's not worth it. I'll wait in line for my hardened edition!!! We almost there
