yahoo dont seem to work with sign ups , i changed to hotmail and it worked straight away! ( they send it to the trash folder)

im signed up but no double xp anywhere :/

Guys you can only earn this if you sign in/up using the console app, its available on xbox right now but arrives on PS3 tomorrow
