Ok well the only real "tip" is to get there earlier so you get to front of line because if you are going in the city, there will be a lot of people. Also don't let anyone try to jump you when you walk out. It happened alot last year for Black Ops. They even had a cop there to watch and it still happened. Good luck for your first midnight release.
