Priority is 360 Elite, PS3 Elite, 360 Non-Elite, PS3 Non-Elite.
Those people who don't have Elite will have to wait a few months each time until there's enough DLC for them to bundle as a traditional DLC Pack.

I thought people would know as microsoft and activision have a contract until 2012 for DLC first on xbox.
Thats what I have heard anyway...

Yes, and the fact is that MS and Activision have a very good relationship so it is almost inevitable that the deal will be renewed next year.

then if the DLC starts coming out in January should i wait a month to activate my Elite membership?
