No it's not a hack, it is a setting for private matches which was put into the game by IW and Sledgehammer, it's basically the classic game type Mike Myers. It will only be available in private matches and it will not affect you XP, so its just 4 fun. The video sequence is taken from the Gamespot MW3 stream with Bowling which was broadcasted last night.
