I'm not playing it for KD right now.. i'm trying to rank up but I've been at least a 2.0 in the last few COD games and I plan on raising mine in a few days. I do however have a 2.50 W/R from just playing solo.

I don't think they're banning anyone. At least not on Ps3.

on xbox, Infinity ward are banning anyone who has the game and has played it on there acc.
They are getting banned from MW3 Servers forever, Its their IP that get banned aswell ..

Some store was selling mw3 for 1 week ago, thats f*cking shit, i also want mw3 but our stores say, 8th november so will you be able to buy it, then i see the game behind their desk, im so mad*a f*cking mad on out stores!!!!!!!!

I think that's just for people who are downloading it illegally. Inferno is right.

They aren't banning legit players.
Here's a tweet from Robert Bowling yesterday 'No plans to ban legit fans, but try to wait til midnight launch on Tuesday to play #MW3. Can't wait to jump online with everyone then'
