I would think something identical would be in it. But louder and more flashier so you cant boost.

Yes Tactical insertions will be in MW3, and unlike in Black Ops they will not be taken out of Free for all. But Bowling claims that they have different methods for stopping boosters.

Yes, they are in it, but you dont unlock it until a very high level.
