Here yo Go Thats the reason ENJOY !

Soap Dies because from MW2 that guy named Lieutenant General Shepherd knifed him and in the end soap took the knife out of him and used at as a throughing knife to kill shepherd causing him in MW3 where there was no medic to help him he bleed out and then get ambushed by Russians.
