You pre order in store or online, if online and you specified delivery then will be shipped to you at home, if you ordered online and selected in store pick up if you can do that then instore, and if you ordered instore then you pick up in store

Should be in store tonight. after work im about to pay mine off and go for the tourment from 8:30 to 11:30

I wrote a thread about this yesterday. I called up Best Buy's 800 number and two stores. Basically if you put it down for STORE PICK UP then you have to wait to get the email that says "YOUR ITEM IS READY FOR PICK UP" you should go early around 7pm pay it off in full then speak to a manager see if you can get your copy.

BTW.. the two people I spoke to told me as far as hardened editions they only have "THE PRE-ORDERS" NOT EXTRA but they do have plenty of regular editions on hand.

last year I didn't preorder hardened for black ops. I went to bestbuy early in the morning because the one by my house didn't have the midnight release. they had like 10 hardened edition there. so im sure they will have a couple extra even if you didn't pre order
