The price of this "early release" copy was 29 times its retail price. Now you guys must be thinking that the person that purchased this was either really rich, or just a huge COD fan. IGN reports that they are searching for the person who purchased this expensive copy of mw3, "To the person who bought this item, please get in touch with IGN's news team. We are very interested in talking to you!"

My opinion on this is that its great that there are some true "die-hard" Cod fan's but spending that kind of money to get a game a couple days to a week or two early isn't really worth it. What do you guys think about this scenario?, do you think that purchasing this copy was worth it?, or a big waste of money?

We all have invested money in something absurd at least once in our lives- if he has the money, why criticize him? I'm sure he has considered the consequences.

Not really, some people just don't go out and do what a lot of people do but still hold good jobs but can afford things like so without any damages to their total money.
