the maps are designed for nonstop action. That's what you get in this game. You have to watch your back because people pop up from everywere

The maps are fine, and don't forget there is new DLC every month
Knowing activision though, they will release 1 map at a time :dumb:

you can never ever be a proper sniper on cod games , this has been known forever . maps so small that it's redundant to snipe so that's why the cod kiddie community invented quickscoping . but for cod maps i love these maps . if you want bigger maps to snipe on then i suggest you go get BF3 , now that's a GAME not an arcade game like cod

Buy battlefield 3 if you like BIG MAPS.
Underpass, derail, rundown etc. was the reason I stopped playing the stupid game.
SMALL MAPS = MORE ACTION

Massive maps just slow the game to a crawl. Even assassin doesn't really help you out now because the maps are so tight that there is always someone near. As for sniping, look at the speed the scope comes up! It's almost as quick as an assault rifle. If you're hardscoping, if your positioning is good enough you'll do well. Once you learn the maps it'll be easy enough to hardscope.

What is everyone one this site a grammar whore? And some of these maps do suck hopefully the dlc is much better.

The maps were made to be gun on gun, therefore small.
