I liked having all of this information. I have yet download Elite onto my system mainly because its a nightmare to sign onto elite from the COD website. (correct me if I need to download it first before I sign on). I keep getting internal server error and have yet to sign on once.
To me this is a HUGE HUGE disappointment and is a step down from BO. I want to hear what you guys think about this as our opinions do matter to an extent.
Lastly, wth is up with the party privacy? Why is it always set to invite only? Is there any way to change it?

you are both correct and incorrect.
this WAS a problem in mw2 and bo. i had it a couple times in bo when playing for long periods of time, and in mw2 ONLY when there was hacked lobbys. but yea 256 mb is stupid -____- my iphone has more than that

Actually 256MB is enough as it isn't shared with the GPU which has its own inaccessible 256MB which is never free.
I get the out of memory errors too, it's the games fault, not the PS3's. Only MW3 does it, Uncharted 3 doesn't.

They said on their facebook that the servers can't handle all the people signing in at the same time.

There were too many people getting online at the same and was making the severs slow. but its cleared up now, well a lil.
