I'm pretty sure that the GPAD0's are encrypted by IW as COD5 had encrypted GPAD0's, but COD6 did not. I think that IW formats it differently for each console as they can't all read the same encryption. I might be wrong though.

It only stores what you are currently using as your title and emblem, but the game checks to make sure you have it unlocked anyway. So you wouldn't be able to use this except to get cool characters in your custom class name, maybe your clan tag, and you'd be able to set your sensitivity to a higher number than just 10

Hopefully the game is bugged and it doesn't check if you unlocked the title or not
