Same problem. It also shows that I have MW2 10th prestige in COD4 many times and MW2 rank is always empty...

My rank shows up now and I got my token. Just use a patch blocker and ask someone to reset your stats to 0

Mine shows nothing for MW2. But for COD 4 it says im 10th but im not. I have also seen the black ops one change depending what screen im on.
